Lana Del Rey

Converse are going to be a pair of shoes that will come back into fashion over and over again and I'm sure most people have had a pair despite them being very squeaky in the rain. Lana Del Rey's voice is so relaxing and when watching her video I noticed the bright red converse and thought I need to get a pair for V Festival this year! I think when Del Rey becomes bigger in the UK she will be a style icon that many of us will envy; her BRIT Awards dress is a classic example.

J J J J J Jessie J

No one can deny that Jess J's voice is incredible but I have to say it is her style that makes me an even bigger fan. She has managed to find the medium between GaGa and RihRih and pulls it off so well. I have always been a fan of patterned leggings, I have almost 10 different pairs in my wardrobe as they are so comfortable and can be worn to any event by just simply changing the shoes or top. I am also a big fan of maxi skirts at the moment, they make people look so elegant and probably is a relief to many parents that they don't act as a belt. They are also another thing that you can dress up or dress down and I recently bought one from Topshop for £40 which considering their prices, was not too bad at all!

New Nails

On my recent christmas list was nail varnish and boy did santa treat me! I have become obsessed with crackle nail varnish I still can't really get my head around how it works but still the amount in the bottle is going down day by day. I have even got my friend addicted and we have now agreed that if she uses my nail varnish then I can get lifts everywhere. Not a bad deal if I may say so myself. I love mixing the black crackle with gold, gold was a big colour for me this autumn/winter, it made me feel expensive without paying ridiculous prices for jewellery! (wasn't real gold of course)
